Unfortunately, due to Parkdean Resorts increasing Pitch Fees again by nearly £1000 and the cost of electric, gas, insurance and council tax we are forced to raise our prices to account for these. We are now reluctantly having to increase our prices to cover the increased costs being imposed on us. We have tried to keep the increases as low as possible.
(Daily rates will be increased by £5 - £8 whilst weekly rates will be increased by £30 - £40)
Off Season: Where the caravan site amenities are closed.
Low Season: Where no Bank Holidays or School Holidays are involved.
Mid Season: Where Bank or School holidays are involved but do not cover whole weeks.
High Season: Where major Bank, School Holidays / Half term Holidays are extremely popular.
Quite a few of our customers have said they would prefer to bring their own bedding . So to make it easier we are giving you the choice of with or without. Prices are quoted without bed linen but if you do require it with there is a small charge of £10 just to cover the laundry costs
